I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in Gatwick. I have become extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of recruitment in Gatwick as well as developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. My main responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Gatwick businesses, as well as organisations further afield, maintaining a great working knowledge of opportunities in Gatwick and recruitment in Gatwick and ensuring the smooth running of the branch through effective management of my team. Our main focus is Gatwick recruitment which I think that I have helped by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to dramatically improve our Gatwick business as well as business as a whole.
