My Choice Children's Homes are nurturing homes for looked after children. The homes are located throughout Sussex and Surrey, with our school also located in Sussex.

Our homes provide a comfortable, medium to long-term, nurturing environment for children and young people to begin to work towards their future and independence, or to return home or alternative carers.  We support our children and young people, empowering them through therapeutic services, to face the issues both in their past and present that have caused them difficulties, resulting in outstanding outcomes for them.

We are looking to recruit someone who can provide reception and administration services to the Company, has the ability to meet and greet all visitors with warmth and can exercise confidentiality, sensitivity and discretion.

To succeed in this role you will need –

• To be organised, the ability to manage a varied workloads and prioritise
• Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• A good working knowledge of MS Office packages
• Be able to work proactively and with flexibility
• Ability to communicate and work with all levels of employees, clients and suppliers.
• Attention to details with excellent time management skills
