Working for an established regional insolvency partnership specialising in business rescue/recovery and personal insolvency, the role of Senior Insolvency Administrator will work with front-end casework dealing directly with Partners of the firm.

Based in Crawley (West Sussex), the primary duty of the role will be the management of a portfolio of cases consisting of Creditors?' Voluntary, Members Voluntary and Compulsory Liquidations, Administrations, Bankruptcies, Individual and Company Voluntary Arrangements. The job holder will require first class communication sills as they will be the likely first point of contact for clients with insolvency queries as well as external bodies such as lawyers and recovery agents. Duties will include attending court for bankruptcies and other proceedings; preparation and filing of documentation for statutory meetings; preparation of ?exit route? documentation from Administrations to CVL or CVA; realisation of assets (including Retention of Title Claims); preparation of relevant reports to the Secretary of State and the preparation and filing of Statutory Returns for CVL, MVL and CVAs.

Applicants will be a debtor-oriented and a proven problem solver with preferably CPI or indeed JIEB.
