Reporting to the CEO and based at their Horsham office, this is an exciting opportunity to join a hi-tech business to take responsibility for directing and overseeing all financial activities, to include the preparation of current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth. Assist with the management of the overall business to maximise profitability and shareholder value.

* Build and lead the finance team, maintaining high morale, to attain business goals and objectives
* Develop strategic and operational financial plans to monitor business performance and contribute to future planning
* Monitor cash flow to achieve targets for revenue, profitability and growth
* Overseeing the budgets and plans and monitoring performance
* Develop pricing models and assist in the preparation of bids and tenders for customers
* Encourage and support continuous process improvement and effective change management



Applicants will be professionally qualified (ACCA, ACA CIMA) with experience at Finance Director level ideally within a medium sized business. Experience gained within a software development / IT industry is essential. Senior level experience of corporate governance with an exposure to M&A with knowledge of contract law, Software licensing and Copyright law is desirable.
