A great opportunity has arising for a leading financial services and insurance company, for an Employee Benefit Administrator to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, providing full administration support to the Financial Advisers.

The role entails preparing and maintaining clients' files, adhering to standards and procedures, liaising with solicitors, estate agents and lenders, recording accurate information onto the database, updating all clients and also accompanying IFA in attending Client visits.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years Employee Benefit experience within financial services. You will have excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills, as well as good commercial instincts. You will have experience of managing a portfolio of client accounts as the key contact, preferably involving clients with a range of different employee benefit structures.
