Implementation Team Manager
Surrey
Up to £42,000 + car allowance £5300 pa and excellent benefits package including pension, life insurance, healthcare, annual bonus etc.

An Implementation Team Manager with strong people management and previous implementation project management experience is required by a global organisation to be responsible for the overall management of a team of implementation consultants who are implementing HR software to large corporate clients.

The Implementation Team Manager will have extensive knowledge of managing multiple implementation projects, assist in the delivery of each project, act as an escalation point for the implementation team, provide strong support for the implementation team.

Key Duties include:
" Lead implementation kick-offs, concalls, project support, post project reviews
" Plan and review key project milestones
" To assist in client facing meetings, planning and face-to-face project meetings for new clients
" To be the first point of escalation for the team
" Performs adequate system and user testing.
" Performs client system training.
" Assist with roll outs of new business procedures
" Collect and report statistics
" Manage, develop and appraise team members
" Participate in Kaizen workshops to drive continuous improvement within the department.
The Implementation Team Manager will have:
" CIPD or Prince 2
" Demonstrable people management experience.
" Demonstrable project management experience
" Strong project management skills ideally within Payroll and HRIS implementation area and effective management of time critical projects.
" Ability to prepare and conduct formal presentations.
