Accounts Assistant (1 year contract). Our client is part of an international group with a regional office based nr Sevenoaks who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for a 12 month contract. The role will support a small team and take responsibility for the processing of incoming invoices and all associated reconciliation.
Duties will include:-
* Dealing with supplier invoices
* Scanning invoice
* Resolving supplier quires
* Processing sales invoices
* Reconciliation of ledgers and supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller with Ad Hoc project work
This role requires somebody with an understanding of accounting transactions. Accuracy and data entry and administration skills are must. Applicants should have five years experience in bookkeeping or accounting transactions ideally with fully or part qualified AAT.
