An exciting opportunity has arisen for a leading retailer in Basingstoke within their surveying team....

Role Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for dealing with all rent review evidence queries and gathering.
Compiling budget rents.
Resolving ad-hoc landlord and tenant issues.
Efficiently managing landlord approval process for tenant works.
Production and internal circulation of regular reports.
Undertaking required actions relating to store acquisitions.
Managing income from subtenants.
Managing rates consultants to ensure compliance with KPI's
Monitor regular reporting from consultants to ensure service level agreements.
Property database management.
Assist in the production of property costs budget.
Assist in the auditing of key property costs.
Oversee payments/receipts process.

The Person :
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Negotiation skills.
Be customer focused
Have commercial awareness.
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Be a team player with the ability to work under own initiative
RICS - Experience or training towards
