We are seeking an experienced People (HR) Advisor to support our managers and teams across the organisation. This is a hands-on role which includes travel to our projects across Bognor Regis and Fratton, to partner with our managers and support in the early identification of People concerns, and the effective solutions.
This role will suit someone who is not phased by a busy working environment where two days are never the same. Our Head Office, the base for the role, is situated at our beautiful Country Centre with free parking and on-site café and nursery facilities.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be confident liaising with all stakeholders, from senior leadership to the people we support – adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
The People Team consists of our Head of People and Development, Senior People Advisor, People Administrator, Learning & Development Manager, Learning and Development Administrator, Volunteering Coordinator, and our People Advisor. We form part of a wider Central Office team alongside our colleagues in Finance, Marketing, Fundraising, and Quality.
