Do you have the right formula to Excel?

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes. You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and share your expertise, whilst implementing process improvements to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

You'll join a fast paced and fun environment, where no two days are the same, playing a critical role in managing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections, and maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships.

With a hands-on and proactive approach you'll be able to manage end-to-end processes, whilst judging when to step back and oversee the bigger picture, optimising company cashflow.  

You'll enjoy assisting managers in a true partnering capacity, comfortable challenging where necessary, using your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial personnel to ensure accuracy, efficiency and strong internal controls.

Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave

What you’ll have:

• Substantial purchase ledger and sales ledger experience with large and complex accounts
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities.
• Good understanding of forex transactions and credit management
• An eagle eye for detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in supervising and mentoring a junior finance team
