We have a rare opportunity for an Event Accommodation Planner to join the Group Projects team to support the operational planning, fulfilment and delivery of accommodation allocations for our Partners and VIPs during the headline events and other key dates throughout the year. 

You'll work collaboratively with our internal teams (including Partnership Management and Bespoke Membership) as well as external hotels and accommodation providers, building and nurturing relationships to ensure customer experiences are prioritised at all times. You'll also help to manage and develop the Partners Accommodation Portal to ensure it is working effectively and efficiently. 

This is a part time role, working 18 hours each week. The days and hours are flexible but Fridays are essential. Please let us know your preferred working days/times when you apply.
