You will be joining us at a very exciting time as we strengthen and expand our weddings business. The customer is at the heart of everything that we do, and as our Celebrations Consultant you will be responsible for delivering truly unique WOW moments, responding to initial enquiries, arranging and delivering engaging show rounds to our potential wedding customers, and supporting right up to the execution of the event itself.

Along with a natural affinity with our customers to exceed their expectation you will effectively communicate all event requirements to the operations team and help support the achievement of the Venues’ sales targets.

The proposed role would be 5 days a week, Tuesday – Saturday 

What you’ll need:

• Proactive, structured and highly organised
• Passionate about the customer experience
• Energy and enthusiasm for what you do
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience with Microsoft applications
• Proven experience within a CRM / diary management system is desirable
