You will be joining Goodwood at an exciting time, as we go through the process of committing to a meaningful investment in our hotel as part of a major master planning exercise. 

The Goodwood Hotel sits at the heart of the estate and is a critical link between our 365 Hospitality business and the added excitement of our major events, including The Festival of Speed, Revival, The Qatar Festival and Goodwoof.

We are looking for a General Manager who is comfortable leading from the front, knowing the team’s individual strengths and showing commitment to their growth, creating a productive space where everyone can thrive.

With an enviable track record within Food & Beverage you will have the ability to refine processes to deliver a best-in-class exceptional hospitality experience to our guests. You will help grow our offering, championing new approaches and great ideas to help supercharge commercial success.

As an effective influencer, you will have the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively towards differentiating our Hospitality experience from our competitors.

You will be confident in creating, managing, and implementing an integrated hospitality strategy, ensuring all customer touch points are fresh, impactful, and engaging.
