We currently have a maternity cover position within Customer Services starting March 2023 

Joining the Pan Artisan team you need to expect to hit the floor running, however you will be fully trained in all aspects of the role and supported throughout the maternity contract

Your day to day duties would include

  • Monitoring and processing emails from customers placing orders
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email
  • Creating purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and organising deliveries

In order to be successful in this role you will need

  • Organisation – strong organisational skills and proven background in working in a busy/high paced environment, ability to multitask essential
  • Communication – strong communication skills both verbal and written: Comfortable speaking with customers in a polite and professional manner and understanding the importance of concise communication; particularly when pressures are high
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused – always putting the customer first
  • Confident working as part of a team whilst being able to work autonomously, using own initiative and knowledge
  • Strong office skills (excel)
  • Experience in the use of SAGE accounts is highly desirable, however full training will be given

La Pizza Company was founded in Kingston Upon Thames by Pietro Vitolo from Capri, Italy. He used his own Neapolitan family pizza dough recipes to produce high quality pizza dough and part baked pizza bases. Pietro moved to Midhurst in 2001 to expand the family owned business within a purpose-built factory fitted out with the latest high-tech pizza manufacturing equipment. This enabled the company to grow and mass produce consistent, high quality Neapolitan recipes to the current day and beyond. The current Directors took over the business in August 2006 and changed its name in March 2012 to Pan’Artisan.
