This rewarding role will provide a unique opportunity for you to thrive as part of our Estate Sales Team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all client requirements are ascertained, organised and expertly communicated to the Operational team. 

You will be a vital part of our fun and professional team, where we thrive on exceeding the customers expectations, working closely with the Estee sales team to ensure a seamless transition for the customer and achievement of the venues targets.

As a a true ambassador of the Goodwood brand, you'll help co-ordinate our customers events , with excellent planning skills, efficient handling of all queries, giving the client confidence at every stage of the process.

An excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach. You will have the ability to build long-lasting relationships with our Customers, by adding the Wow factor to their Event planning experience

You may be required to work occasional weekend or late night on Event - lieu time is accrued.

What do you need to be successful?

• IT literate across all Microsoft applications, knowledge of Portal and IVvy is desirable
• Knowledge of events and hospitality, ideally at a high end, luxury level
• A natural communicator, delivering a best-in-class approach to the customer journey
• Experience in sales and planning environment
• Energy,  enthusiasm and an infectious can-do attitude
