We are recruiting for staff to work in one of our most personalised services. The two ladies we support live in their own home with staff support. Both ladies love to get out every day enjoying time in wide open spaces. When at home they love to listen to music, gardening, cooking and watching the soaps. Both ladies are very much accepting of differences and embrace diversity, they’re unique and quirky. What matters to them the most is true liking, kindness and the desire to spend time together living in the moment to enjoy things as they are as they happen. 

We would love to hear from you if – you also enjoy doing these things, think you would enjoy working with just one person, and ideally have previous experience of supporting someone who has a diagnosis of learning disability and autism.   

 We know that both ladies benefit from having consistent, long-term people in their life, therefore your career progression, happiness and wellbeing is paramount to us.  

Full training with extensive shadowing sessions with established workers before any solo work will be provided.  

Hours can be flexible, and the shift patterns run from 8am-2.30pm for the early shift and 2.30pm-9pm for the late shift.

Driving license and willingness to drive the individuals cars is essential.
