We are looking for a full time Customer Support Advisor (initially for a 6 month contract period). Your role will primarily be to manage client communications to provide a high quality of customer service.  You will be the first point of contact with our customers and first impressions count! We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across Telephone, Live Chat, Emails and our back office platforms.  

Your day to day activities will include

  • Being the first point of contact for all inbound customer contact 
  • Answering and resolving Incoming telephone calls (voicemail / call log)
  • Manage company mailboxes (responding to email)
  • Answer and responding to all customer contact via Live Chat
  • Processing incoming post to resolution
  • Composing letters to customers
  • Accurate update of records on the company database
  • Scanning and accurate filing of paperwork
  • Processing data from excel spreadsheets
  • Order, process and Death Certificates on behalf of Clients (training will be given)
  • Provide support as required throughout the company
  • Maintain a strict confidentiality on all company business
  • Adhere to GDPR legislation

What you will need to be successful in the role 

  • 1+ year of Customer Care Experience
  • IT Literate and confident
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and resolution focussed
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, leaders and peers
  • A friendly and professional demeanour
  • Problem solving and thinking outside the box
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work towards KPI’s and motivated to reach targets
