Do you have previous administration experience in ISO or BS procedures within a serial manufacturing environment – automotive, medical or aerospace?

Working within a fairly large quality assurance team, the Quality Administrator will play a key role in the company's Quality Management System, ensuring all regulatory, company and customer requirements are met.

The role encompasses Root Cause Analysis and working with customers and suppliers. It is a contract for 4 months with a view to going permanent thereafter.

What will you be doing?

• Root Cause Analysis of quality problems, implementing and monitoring corrective measures
• Managing customer complaints, investigating issues and taking appropriate measures to rectify and respond to customers
• Manage suppliers and implement corrective measures on quality issues
• Continuous improvement – promoting Lean, 5S
• Produce reports when required

What do you need?

• Previous Quality administration experience within a serial manufacturing environment – automotive, medical or aerospace
• Knowledge of 8D process.
• Ability to apply principles of 5 Why's and 5S
• Supplier quality liaison.
• Internal / external customer – understanding of both concepts
• Very good communicator.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work with multifunctional teams
• To work under pressure due to short lead times.
• Ability respond to changing circumstances.
• OR strong supplier, customer service and administration experience, with a thirst for knowledge and progression, having worked in an office administration position previously.

What's on offer?

• Salary £25K for an administrator - up to £30K for 1-3 years quality administration experience
• 37 hours a week- 08:00 to 4:30pm or 08:30 to 5 (Short Friday finishing at 1p.m.)
