Our client is a medium sized software developer and solutions provider with ambitious expansion plans world-wide. As a result of succession planning, they are seeking a qualified ACA/ACCA from a top firm with a good degree and recent experience of working at FD level within a software developer.

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated self-starter and able to take full responsibility for:

• Directing and overseeing all financial activities of the company
• Managing the finance team and helping to achieve business goals and objectives
• Preparing current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth
• Providing guidance on financial strategy, long-term financial trends, developing business models and helping to identify new product areas
• Working closely with the CEO to maximise profitability and shareholder value

Experience of senior level corporate governance and exposure to mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable.
