This role is charged with the identification, Contracting and Management of business opportunities within the aviation sector. Aviation at Goodwood is a blend of Operations, Training, Maintenance, Leisure and Professional operators who often serve as business partners. This coupled with the opportunities generated by the busy events calendar across the estate present themselves as an exciting and challenging role.
You will further develop and deliver a proactive sales culture within the team, to grow existing business, whilst researching and developing new target audiences delivering budgeted revenues. Managing and reporting on the commercial position of Aviation to ensure that the estate wide sales departments understand our products and are promoting our assets year round. You will formulate the annual creation and implementation of a strategic sales plan to deliver against our budgeted growth areas, whilst continually reviewing our customer base to maximise business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a high pedigree in the aviation industry, they will remain active and visible in the industry cultivating relationships that generate business in both the short and medium term. The introduction of businesses wishing to base at Goodwood and partner on ventures is of particular importance in the Aerodrome's growth strategy.
