About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrative Support Officer within with Adult Social Care -Neighbourhood Support and Occupational Therapist Reablement Teams. This role will be based in County Hall in Lewes.

You will assist operational staff to provide a better service to the people of East Sussex. The roles will be fast paced and varied and will include minute taking in Safeguarding Adults at Risk Meetings.

You will need to be a great communicator with strong MS Office skills and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. In return for your commitment ongoing training and development opportunities will be available in a friendly and supportive team.

Additional Information

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau). Please note that we require evidence of an overseas police check if you have lived or worked abroad.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
