Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team ( based at Langley Green Hospital Crawley) are looking for a social worker to join our team of highly skilled professionals. Recent experience in working in an acute care setting would be an advantage. The successful candidate would be a good team player as well as someone who can work autonomously. We are proud to be flexible and creative in our thinking regarding individualised patient care and would like to have a likeminded person join our team. The nature of our work means that we have to be adaptive and resourceful so these skills would be a real advantage.
Although this is a WSCC post you would have all the advantages of working for Sussex Partnership and able to access their training opportunities alongside those of the County Council. We would support any ongoing training you are involved in and would support AMHP training in the future.
