Key Account Coordinator – Excellent Salary

We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Coordinator / Bodyshop Administrator to join an impressive and growing national based organisation. This role is to be based in Redhill where you will be responsible for coordinating the collection and return of customer's vehicles for nominated insurance companies. You will be responsible for overseeing each stage of the driver process from collection to completion and liaise directly with internal staff to provide a fantastic customer service experience.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

• Organising collection of vehicles and allocation of courtesy cars, keeping correct and up to date activity records on the database.
• Updating the customers with regards to courtesy cars and / or ERAC hire.
• Organising delivery and collection paperwork for both customer and company vehicles.
• Customer Queries and complaints.
• Collecting any outstanding monies from customer.
• Customer queries & complaints.
• Dealing with any additional admin work set.

• Knowledge of Advance Bodyshop System is an advantage but not essential
