About the Role

We are currently looking for a committed, outstanding practitioner to join our small village school.

St Michael’s is in a beautiful setting on the edge of the Ashdown Forest close to the home of Winnie the Pooh. 

We are seeking a highly motivated, self motivated, and dedicated teacher to join our happy and committed team and to continue the development of our school from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’.

We are looking for someone who has:  - A strong background and specialist qualifications in SEN and additional needs;  - A commitment to supporting the Senior Leadership Team  - Excellent  communication and teamwork skills;  - The ability to monitor the impact of interventions for vulnerable groups;  - A creative and self-evaluative approach;  - A desire to work closely with families to enhance children's experiences;  - A commitment to equality; - Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail;
