About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a Secretary (2) to join our school’s administrative team. Exact hours and working pattern to be confirmed, however, it is envisaged that the appointment will be for at least 25 hours each week.

The successful applicant will act as the senior office administrator for the school , using their initiative to further the aims and efficient management of the school.

A knowledge of a wide range of secretarial duties is essential along with an organised approach to record keeping and experience of team working.

Familiarity with computer applications, including Word, Excel and SIMS, and strong communication skills are of particular importance. Applicants will also need to be able to demonstrate the ability to undertake basic financial tasks with accuracy.

Previous experience of working in an education environment and a First Aid qualification will both be considered advantageous.
