Working with an established business based on the outskirts of Burgess Hill with the recruitment of a qualified Financial Controller.

An excellent opportunity to be part of the Executive Committee where you will be responsible for the financials of the business as well as fully engaging with the operational management decision making.

The client is open to seeing the details of candidates that are able to work a reduced 4 day week as well as full time candidates.

About You

• Professionally qualified in either the ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• First class presentation and communication skills with the ability to interpret financial information to non-finance staff
• A track record of developing and motivating finance teams to deliver results
• Although the lead finance role, happy to work in a hands-on capacity
• The ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making as part of the management team
• Experience of achieving results through effective planning and implementation of finance and controlling systems and processes
• Car owner essential as travel to other locations will be required from time to time
• Parking available for all staff
