To provide exceptional Customer Service, by effectively managing the order to cash process and building & maintaining long term relationships with stakeholders and customers. Liaising and working in collaboration to coordinate activities across all key functions engaged in the order to cash process e.g. supply chain, finance and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent French and English skills, written & spoken and ideally be fluent in one or more other European languages, with prior experience in a service-orientated organization. Previous exposure to the healthcare industry would be a distinct advantage. Most important the candidate will be someone who is able to take personal accountability and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Appropriate Language competency
• Computer literacy (SAP / Oracle advantage)
