An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly created Finance Director role working for an award winning Law firm based in the South East. As Finance Director for this Legal 500 firm you will report directly into the Managing Partner and also have responsibility for the IT, Compliance and Administration functions.

Duties of this Financial Director role will include

Managing the Finance, IT, Compliance and Administration
Attending management, Operational Board and Strategy Board meetings
Being responsible for all aspects of the firm financial reporting
Preparing annual statements in line with UK GAAP
Maintaining effective risk management systems

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate recent experience in a senior finance position within either a legal organisation or a professional services organisation
