Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Sussex. £competitive salary plus uncapped bonus and benefits. (First year earnings in the region of £30k+).

We are looking to expand our Insurance Division following the continued growth and development across the South East & London.
We are looking for an individual who is keen to work in recruitment and has a strong sales or customer focused background.
You must be able to demonstrate high drive, be self motivated, possess excellent communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
You will account manage some existing clients as well as developing new business with prospect and lapsed.

We've been operating since 1987 and have 12 offices across the UK with over 500 staff across 22 divisions.

You'll look after and develop a varied client portfolio developing new and managing existing relationships within the insurance market across the south east and london.
You'll work towards key targets and objectives.
Establishing highly professional relationships with customers and candidates.
Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates and clients to the business.
Maintaining good market awareness and keeping yourself and colleagues regularly up to date on relevant industry information.
Meeting clients and candidates regularly, attending 2-3 client meetings per week (after training).

To apply;
Ideally looking for individuals with recruitment, sales or customer service experience.
An understanding of key sales techniques and the sales cycle.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively.
Have excellent listening skills.
You must have a proactive, positive and professional approach.
Be able to demonstrate your ability to account manage as well as develop new business.
You'll be able to work well under pressure, be customer focused/driven and highly motivated.
Confident, professional, hard working, flexible attitude with a high degree of resilience.
Previous experience of working towards and achieving/exceeding targets, objectives and goals is a distinct advantage although is not essential.
Self-motivated, with a keen eye for/strong attention to detail.

Ability to work highly effectively under minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Ability to produce accurate work first time of asking and with a high degree of speed and urgency. Able to demonstrate energy and drive.

We operate an excellent training plan with a structured career development programme from day one. With the ability to progress from Trainee to Consultant, then Senior, on to Manager, then Associate Director and finally Director.
