Commercial Property Solicitor

One of Sussex's leading practices are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Property portfolio Management team based in Gatwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Real Estate ranked highly on the Legal 500 and recommended by Chamber and Partners.

The role will involve you handling your own commercial property caseload and work ensuring that client matters are progressed in an effective way.

You will also be responsible for delivering an excellent and efficient service to clients tailored to their particular business needs in such a way as to find acceptable commercial solutions for any legal issues arising in any given transaction. Business development will also be a fundamental part of this role and you will be required to involved in business development activities operated by the Group and have an interest in and understanding of the market in which property lawyers operate.

You can be any level between 1-7 PQE but people outside this range will be considered if they have relevant experience. You must have managed your own caseload and been actively involved in business development activities in your previous role/s. A strong academic record is needed as well experience in a well established real estate team.
