We have a new exciting position working for one of my clients in the Travel/Rail Industry.
The role would involve taking telephone calls/emails from travel agents and handling their enquiries using the booking system they have developed. You will also need to process ticket refunds back onto customer's credit cards using the rail refund systems.

They are looking for someone with excellent telephone manner and excellent English. You must be confident on the telephone and be reasonably computer literate as you will need to learn how to use different systems.

Ideally some experience of the rail industry.

You also need to be flexible to do other things as the business grows.

The role would be Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30 and initially would be for a 6 month period, but a permanent position is available for the right candidate.
