Customer Service Advisor
6 month fixed term contracts
Salary is £17,500 - 19,500 + 10% shift allowance dependant on experience.

Our client is a leading travel insurance company, they specialise in providing medical assistance to members who are in the UK or worldwide. They are looking for customer service advisors to join their expanding team, it is a great environment to work in, working alongside doctors who will give you medical guidance when needed.

The Key roles:

- Support and training all medical teams and operational teams as required
- Encourage close working liaison between operations and medical teams by giveing clear managaement plans
- Explainging medical situations to staff, clients and customers as required
- Advising on medical claims decisions
- Actively adding to safe, cost effective service delivery

Characteristics and traits:

- Excellent standard of written English, supported by relevant skills and experience against key requirements of the role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Using initiative
- Understand and solve sensitive situations
- Excellent organisatino skills

The shifts are between 8am and 9pm, 7 days a week.
