**Chef Manager - Surrey – up to £23,000**

We are recruiting for a Chef Manager to manage an efficient and effective catering operation in accordance with client requirements, company standards and statutory regulations. You will be based in a truly unique venue and be involved in menu planning and coaching of the team.

It is of the upmost importance for this role that you are calm, collective and able to create a tranquil working environment for your team and those around you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and run the kitchen ensuring the smooth running day to day
• To lead, train and develop a professional and motivated team
• Responsible for all food production and menus
• Cost control, working to budgets whilst growing turnover
• Ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene is adhered to at all times
• Maintaining company policy's
You will be a strong team leader with excellent culinary and strong organisational skills. You must have a passion for cooking fresh food.
