Ryebrook Resins Flooring Ltd is currently looking for a professional and organised administrator for our office in Crawley.  You will actively ensure the smooth running of general office functions, as well as provide a range of administrative support to the business. You will ideally demonstrate a willingness to provide a good customer service experience and have the ability to use your own initiative, together with a good understanding of MS Office.

The Admin department delivers all support functions across the business to allow it to function efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Working for three Contract/Sales Managers, typing quotes, letters, memos, assisting and providing on-going support with documentation required for contract start-ups.
  • Provide documentation for Main Contractor Prequalification questionnaires.
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls within the office and to mobiles.
  • Document control and management, including filing and archiving and updating website technical data.
  • Assist with fleet car administration as instructed, including booking repairs, replacement tyres and organising servicing of vehicles.
  • Prepare presentation material, typing notes, minutes etc.
  • Raise purchase orders where required.
  • Book Health and Safety training according to Company training plan.
  • Record staff timesheets, holidays and sickness.
  • Attend management, meetings or provide admin support from time to time.
  • Order office and site stationery/equipment a within budgetary constraints.
  • Organise office maintenance and repair as instructed.
  • Book travel and hotel accommodation as required, researching the most cost effective and practical solutions available. 
  • Any other reasonable task as set by the Senior Manager.
