Salary: £Competitive plus bonus, contributory pension scheme, 20 days annual leave and a basic healthcare scheme.
Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Job summary

Main duties and responsibilities whilst working alongside the Sales Manager include:

• Seek sales opportunities from inbound calls and email enquiries
• Handle customer enquires both telephonically, by email and live online chat facility
• Understand customer needs and requirements and deliver clear, correct advice
• Close sales to achieve monthly sales targets
• Work pro-actively with team members to ensure all enquiries and daily tasks are completed within set time frame
• Record all leads and follow up when required
• Process bookings including the completion of all documentation relevant to this
• Deal with after sales enquiries including course amendments and cancellations
• Chase up any outstanding balances and invoices
