Part Time - Customer Care Agents

£8.26 per hour PLUS monthly bonus

We have an opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual to join my clients lively team as a Customer Care Consultants.
The role is to deliver effective customer service, claims and sales service to all customer in a highly professional manner.

You will be:
- Answering inbound calls from customers, being first point of contact in the call centre on any point of the company's products and services
- logging all the details accurately onto the system

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Superb communication skills
- Competent IT skills
- Excellent English, written and spoken

The hours for the Part time positions are:
• 3 evenings a week between the hours of 1700-2100 and 1800-2200 Inc. one day at weekend ( 20 hours a week)
• OR
• Saturday and Sundays shift hours could be: 0900- 1800 / 0800-1700 / 1200-2100 (16 hours per week)
