A number of excellent opportunities to work in a friendly and motivational environment have arisen to work as Call Centre Agents for our client, based in Godstone, Surrey.

The position of Call Centre Agent will involve the following duties:

• Taking call from general public and information gathering and dealing with requests
• Accurately gathering information in order to produce detailed reports
• Passing on relevant report and information to departments concerned

The ideal candidate will require:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong listening skills and able to extract key information
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Empathetic approach
• Be resilient.

As a Call Centre Agent you will be required to work 37.5 hours a week on a shift basis, Monday- Friday. Shifts will include 09.00-17.30 and 12.30-21.00.

This is purely an inbound only job, there are no KPI's or targets involved
