An exciting opportunity has come up for a proactive, target driven individual to work for a well established company based in Crawley as a B2B telesales consultant.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to there extensive customer base in order to sell products and services.
• Work with the field and specialist sales teams and create leads and make appointments for those teams.
• Regularly achieve sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Use in-house systems to proactively contact business customer base to promote products and services
• Ensure customer satisfactions is achieved
• Manage the customers expectations in terms of delivery , installation and billing

Ideal candidate will be:
• Extremely target driven with previous sales experience
• Motivated and proactive
• Strong relationship building skills
• Must be able to prioritise and multi task
• Team player
• Excellent communicator
• GCSE in Maths and English
• Computer literate( MS Office)

It is essential that you have proven sales experience within a telesales environment.
