**Night Manager – Gatwick – Up to £18,000**

We are currently seeking an experienced Night Manager to work at this prestigious hotel based near Gatwick.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-To welcome all guests during your over night shift and over see the front desk
-To be responsible for the delivery of a high level of customer service to ensure the best guest experience
-Check in and check out in line with brand/company procedures/standards using their own reservations system
-Assist with end of day functions related to Events and Food &Beverage
-Escort guests to their rooms helping with luggage if necessary and ensuring they are aware of how the key card system works
-Handover in the morning, ensuring the staff board is up to with any relevant information

What we are looking for:
-A minimum of one years experience as a Night Auditor / Manager
-Able to use Opera and other front office/reservation systems
-Experience working for a branded or large chain of hotels
-Able to work well under pressure whilst remaining highly customer focused

Hours of work:
42 hour contract. To work 4 days on and 4 days off, Shifts from 9pm- 9am. Due to the nature of the business you will be expected to work a rota that covers weekends.
