I am searching on behalf of our client for a support and deployment assistant on a permanent basis. The post holder will work collaboratively to provide 1st line application support –for clients who need support with technical based problems.

The successful candidate would eventually get the opportunity to transition into a more formal server support role, which would involve managing and maintaining their Linux server.

They will be technically proficient in the following key areas:

• General telephony, i.e. hunt groups, call queueing, ACD
• Linux configuration and administration, including some shell scripting
• General Office Server configuration and maintenance
