Customer Care Team Leader
£24,000 plus performance bonus OTE £27k

Our client is seeking a Customer Care Team Leader to join their large and busy call centre. The call centre is inbound customer service providing a service to households throughout the UK.
As a Customer Care Team Leader, your duties will include:
• Leading a team of customer service agents
• Managing and motivating the team on a day to day basis, call monitoring to calls to make sure they adhere with all regulations
• Coaching and developing staff to make sure all KPI's and performance targets are met
• Driving high and quality performance in the team
• Handling calls and dealing with escalated complaints
As a Team Leader you will require the following skills and experience:
• Proven experience within a high volume call centre
• Ability to motivate, with strong performance and people management skills
• Insurance claims experience would be ideal
• An good understanding of Data protection act and TCF principles
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
The role is based in Crawley, West Sussex. Hours of work are 40 hour week, working on shift basis between the hours of 7am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
It is essential that you have previous customer service team leader experience within a call centre. You also need to be motivated in coaching and developing others as well as highly customer focused.
