A market-leading company in Crawley is currently recruiting for a Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner (FP&A). The role is a fixed term contract of 12 months with the distinct possibility of becoming permanent, and will pay £38,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience. The role of FP&A Business Partner will be to steer the business through a heavily audited environment and ensuring procedures are followed throughout operations, and to influence and experiment with new ideas as necessary. As the FP&A Business Partner you will however need strong communicative skills as a large proportion of the role will involve describing to colleagues the importance of compliance in an easily digestible and friendly manner.

Key duties will include:

* Watching over and contributing to the smooth-running of operations, ensuring all procedures are being correctly followed
* Counselling of staff to ensure they have sound understanding of regulation
* Interpreting legislative amendments in a succinct and understandable manner to non finance-personnel
* Experimenting with and implementing new reporting procedures if necessary
* Overall management of compliance in a complexly regulated atmosphere
* The opportunity to innovate, create and trial new procedures based on trends

Key skills must include:

* Strong experience and skills in reporting
* The ability to read and interpret trends
* High level of Excel competency – previous useage of pivot tables, vlookups, and macros essential
