Customer Service Advisor
Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £17,523.60 + 7.5% shift allowance
Fixed Term until 31st March 2015 (8 months with view to Perm)
Hours: Full Time (35 hours) Part time ( 10 hours minimum)

The Role:
Customer Service Advisors will be receiving calls as first point of contact from customers with motor insurance and home emergency enquiries ( where they may have broken down on the side of the road, or at home with a broken boiler etc. )
It is for this reason that they assess candidates to see how they demonstrate empathy as some of the customers can be dangerous situations when calling.
High levels of customer service are expected from all of the Customer Service Advisor's as they are reflecting the company and their partners.
Previous experience in customer service roles and with a good academic background are essential.
Any previous experience with an call centre and an insurance company would be preferable but not essential.

The call centre are open from 7am -9pm so shifts will be within hours with starts from 7am-11am and finishes between 4pm-9pm and any hours during the weekend.
Please note that the training for this role will be approx. 4 weeks and this will be 9-5 full time. (Inc. part time candidates)
