We have an opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual to join my clients lively team as a Customer Care Consultants.
The role is to deliver effective customer service, claims and sales service to all customer in a highly professional manner.

You will be:
- Answering inbound calls from customers, being first point of contact in the call centre on any point of the company's products and services
- Handling urgent enquiries in an effective manner
- logging all the details accurately onto the system
- Deal effectively and fairly to all customer complaints
- Liaise closely with appropriate contractors to ensure valid claims are dealt with effectively and on time
- Make correct validation decisions and deal with claims effectively fairly and consistently by applying sound knowledge of policy's, term and conditions with minimum referrals

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- Experience in call centres - preferable
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- A good understanding of insurance practice
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent IT skills
- Superb telephone manner
- Self motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent English, written and spoken

This is a Full time positions working between the hours of 7am – 10 pm on 8 hour sifts between Monday – Sunday based in Crawley West Sussex.
