About You:

* Possibly be actively studying for a professional qualification (latter stages ACCA or CIMA) or qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
* This role is visible across the business unit working with stakeholders which include non-finance managers so your communication and presentation skills will be first class
* Although working as part of a team, you will be confident in presenting and working in a business partnering capacity
* Enjoy working in an environment with high expectations in terms of the delivery and quality of your work bringing benefit to the future of the team
* Competent user of Excel with Oracle experience beneficial

Selected duties:

* Accounting for all overhead budget centres including preparation of detailed budget centre financial schedules along with investigation and analysis of overhead spends
* Production of monthly overheads reports and analysis for inclusion in Management Accounts and Management Reports
* Production of analysis and commentary capturing the key business reasons for any cost and time recovery variances
* Providing support and business partnering to budget centre owners, ensuring they fully understand the financial position of the budget centre and working with them to maintain accurate financial forecasts
* Support group financial strategic initiatives including cost optimisation
