W looking for an Recruitment Consultant to join a very busy Call & Contact Centre recruitment team based in Crawley. Search Consultancy is aiming to be the market leaders within Call Centre recruitment market and as a member of the team, you'll be expected to help us achieve that objective. working with Local and distance Call Centres and indeed Customer Service teams across the South East.





You'll be sales focused and determined to beat targets, covering all aspects of the recruitment process from attracting candidates, developing new business relationships, working with existing clients and vitally matching the right person with the right role. Placing candidates from entry level Call Centre to Team Leaders, Call Centre Managers and Customer Advisors.
