We are looking for a well-motivated person to work with customers and help with enquiries.

With experience of working in a customer care environment, you will enjoy working with library customers and have excellent communication and organisational skills. The role involves assisting customers to use self-service, tidying and shelving books and other library/clerical duties. You will be computer literate and have the ability to use your initiative and work within the team. You will have active involvement with all ages, including Baby Rhyme Time and Story Time.

This is an active role and some standing and lifting will be required. Lone working and working with volunteers is also required
