A leading, global business based in Crawley is looking for a qualified Management Accountant to join the business to cover a period of maternity leave. Start date will be early to mid-May 2015 to allow a handover with the current job holder who leaves at the end of June.

About You:

* Professionally qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA
* Be able to commit for the length of the conrtact possibly 9-12 months
* Have advanced Excel skills with working knowledge of Oracle
* Have strong cash flow forecasting; financial analysis and business partnering experience preferably within a large organistion
* Group reporting and multi-currency experience would be desirable
* First class communication and presentation skills

In summary, you will be reviewing the monthly results of the £80m turnover business unit analysing performance against forecasts and budgets. Understanding the commercial drivers behind the numbers and supporting the business with targeted financial insight and analysis.

* Produce monthly/quarterly management reporting and analysis for senior managers and parent company
* Production of financial commentary capturing the key business reasons for any variances
* Detailed financial analysis of the business performance and review of large project financials
* Maintaining control and integrity of the BU balance sheet, including work in progress on long term contract balances.
* Support financial strategic initiatives including cost optimisation and cash flow forecasting accuracy
