Inbound Call Handler: Customer Service and Sales

My Client is a rapidly growing Insurance company in Redhill are seeking an experience Customer Service professional who has worked within the Insurance Industry. This fantastic opportunity will require you to work Monday-Friday on various shift patterns, working up until 6pm at the latest.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to incoming calls from existing and potential customers in relation to new business, renewals and quotation queries.
• Maximise inbound sales, and achieve/ exceed performance related targets as set by the team leader.
• Ensure service levels, key performance indicators, call handle rates, and targets are met and exceeded.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to both internal and external customers. solving and decision-making.
• Identify and manage any expressions of dissatisfaction in accordance with the Companies internal complaints procedure.
• Achieve/ exceed performance related targets set by your team leader.
• Respond constructively to customer queries and record customer details using the note facility on the system.
• Maintain a full working knowledge of products, services, special discounts and marketing promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulatory bodies at all times.
• Maintain good working relationships between Marketing, business development and telesales.
• Provide support for other Operational areas as required.
Person specification:
• Educated to GCSE standard
• Inbound call centre experience is essential
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft
• High standard of written & verbal communication skills
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
• Extremely Motivated
