About the team
The Office Services team based in Crawley cover a wide geographical area in terms of both Clients and Candidates. We cover roles from Executive PA's and Legal Secretaries to Office Junior / admin positions, data entry and reception. We are exceptionally busy at present and require some admin support for the team.

The Opportunity
We offer an exciting opportunity for someone special to provide all round general administrative assistance to our friendly team of Recruitment Consultants. Whilst assisting the team you will learn all about the recruitment industry and duties will include:
• Matching candidates to jobs
• Chasing timesheets
• Speaking to candidates and clients on the telephone every day
• Ensuring accurate database records are maintained
• Providing a first class customer service to our candidates and clients
• General administration duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning etc

Skills required
• Experience in a similar role preferably as a resourcer
• The ability to multi-task
• Organised and efficient
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Motivated and hardworking
• Dedicated with a positive, cheerful attitude
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Confident with an excellent telephone manner
• A charming personality with the ability to nurture relationships
